The Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to remove dead skin cells and excess sebum. This toner owes its gentle exfoliating application to the PHA Gluconolactone. PHAs have a larger molecule size than other chemical exfoliants, making it more surface-based and suitable for sensitive skins.

How to Use
How to Use
1. After cleansing, apply a modest amount to face and neck.
2. Pat gently for absorption or moisten cotton pads with toner and apply to face as a moisture pack.
