Yes, we source all our products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers to guarantee authenticity.

 

Shipping and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands, but we are working on shipping worldwide! You can check our shipping policy page for more details on countries we deliver to.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We aim to have all products delivered within 48 hours of purchase. 
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €45. Check our shipping page for more details.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
Changed you mind? As long as the product remains sealed and unused you are allowed to return purchased goods within 14 days of purchasing.

How can I return a product?
If you want to return a product, please contact our support team via info@k-beautyantwerp.com with your order number and reason for return.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned product and confirmed it is unopened and unused.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
At this moment we do not offer a return shipping service, so yes, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. This is why we recommend thinking carefully before making a purchase.

Store your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Some products, like sheet masks, can be kept in the fridge for an added cooling effect.

We carefully curate our products to avoid harmful ingredients like parabens, sulfates, and artificial dyes. Each product’s formulation can be reviewed in the ingredients section.

Can I make a purchase without an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders and enjoy faster checkout next time.

Product Expiry

What is the shelf life of your products?
Korean beauty products typically have a shelf life of 12-36 months. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6-12 months, depending on the type.
How do I read the expiry date?
Most products display either a manufacturing or expiry date on the packaging. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we can help.
